At La Canadienn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
